Hotel Gasthof Doktorwirt is located on the southern edge of Salzburg, 10 minutes by bus from the Old Town; this chalet has prominent gables, a red-tile roof, and white stucco walls. The adjoining restaurant produces many of the sausages it serves, as well as a collection of tempting pastries.
