The Fleischhaker family purchased the quaint and central Rosenvilla in
1996. Following extensive refurbishment and personal commitment, they
transformed a functional guesthouse into a real city gem. Over the
years, a growing number of returning guests have learnt to appreciate
what makes a perfect city break hotel, such as a central location,
tasteful furnishings with care and attention to detail, and a personal
service where the guest feel valued – an oasis of calm.
Stefanie Fleischhaker is a talented and gifted Hotel Director, despite
being a lateral entrant. She says, she “was just 21 years old when the
previous Hotel Director unexpectedly became pregnant. My parents
entrusted me with the responsibility and I took on the challenge. It was
a bit like jumping in at the deep end“.
The youthful and energetic team of six live for the satisfaction of
their guests, with their genuine and warm-hearted service. Stefanie
Fleischhaker furthermore values a relaxed working environment, an
esteeming social intercourse, coupled with fun and pleasure at work, and
all this makes the guests of this quaint and personal city hotel feel
welcome.
Another central factor in the Rosenvilla's successful concept are the 15
comfortable rooms and suites, all of which have been stylishly and
lovingly equipped, with exquisite furnishings, the latest appliances and
most modern comforts. Everything here is state of the art and sparkles
with charm and flair.
Last, but by no means least, is the legendary Rosenvilla breakfast. Both
hotel residents and the locals know to appreciate the highest quality
and thoughtful spread. No wonder. Start your day with a festive
breakfast with hotel owners Petra and Klaus Fleischhaker, connoisseurs
of culinary pleasures. The gourmet duo have proven their recipe for
success over many years, as proprietors of the Pfefferschiff gourmet
restaurant, that family-run hospitality and professionalism enhance each
other well.
