The Fleischhaker family purchased the quaint and central Rosenvilla in 1996. Following extensive refurbishment and personal commitment, they transformed a functional guesthouse into a real city gem. Stefanie Fleischhaker is a talented and gifted Hotel Director, despite being a lateral entrant. She says, she “was just 21 years old when the previous Hotel Director unexpectedly became pregnant. My parents entrusted me with the responsibility and I took on the challenge. It was a bit like jumping in at the deep end“.
