" Le Clos Prieur " Restaurant:
This superb rib-vaulted room supported by slender pillars was
originally the cellar for the Cistercian monks of Gilly. Here
they kept casks and barrels filled with wine from the Clos de
Vougeot vines.
In such a setting full of character, the cuisine has to be
flavoursome and sophisticated, accompanied by an excellent wine
menu. No less than 15,000 bottles and 600 types of wine are aged
in the Château's cellars.

Le restaurant " Côté Terroir ":
Housed in a tasting cellar, the "Côté Terroirs" restaurant
offers an authentic and welcoming cuisine at lunchtimes, from
Monday to Saturday with a choice of three starters, three main
courses and three desserts accompanied by a tasting of three
glasses of wine in keeping with the main courses on your menu.

This charming, shaded, flower filled terrace surrounded by
gardens planted with aromatic herbs replaces the " Côté Terroir"
restaurant in the summer season.
