Standard terms and conditions for
reservations and cancellations
All reservations are only confirmed on receipt of a deposit for one
night. If you wish to cancel (in writing by fax, post or email) the
conditions outlined below automatically apply.
Early departure:
Please note that if you cut short your stay, you are required to pay
in full, except if reception is notified at least 72 hours in advance.
Check in and departure:
Please inform if you intend to arrive after 10pm. Rooms are ready
from 3:00 pm and should be vacated at noon on the day of departure.
Room reservation and cancellation policy:
You are required to pay a deposit of one night to confirm
reservation. If you cancel at least 3 days before the date of arrival we
can either retain 100% of the deposit for a new reservation during a
period of one year from the cancellation date or reimburse you 50% of
the deposit immediately. After one year, the deposit can neither be
carried forward nor reimbursed. |
