It is structured around a balloon raised gondola, light and impressive, that evokes a modern alcove. It organizes space and plays with light. In the evening, thanks to playful, flickering lights, it becomes rather festive. The interior of the gondola is most welcoming especially for DJ evening parties and for video projections, by artists from the Laurent Garnier label and F-communications design.

The Bio canteen serves organic food. Simple and healthy dishes will invite health conscious guests around a host table or into the patio garden where lush vegetation abounds. Hi is conceived with well being in mind: a resin surfaced hammam with a massage room where soft music completes relaxation. The Hi's high point is without a doubt its open terrace on the eighth floor where a swimming pool and views of Nice, the Mediterranean Sea and the Alps are especially dazzling.
