Hotel Le Beauvallon is nestled in the shade of mimosa trees and
grandfather umbrella pines in a beautiful valley from where the hotel
derives its name, the hotel was built in 1914 in a spectacular
belle-époque palace, luxuriously renovated in the most refined taste.
The charming Provencal village of Grimaud and Sainte Maxime on the
Mediterranean, is the privileged location of this residence which
commands stunning views of the Bay of Saint Tropez.
Each of the 12 suites at Le Beauvallon is individually decorated and
possesses individual charm and elegance. Comfort, luxury and service are
of paramount importance and everything from handcrafted king size beds
to Bulgari bathroom amenities and countless little details have many of
the guests returning year after year. The mood is Mediterranean while
oriental silks add a touch of the exotic. Light, refreshing and lacking
for nothing, the rooms at Le Beauvallon reflect the easy elegance and
refined luxury of the spirit of the hotel. Views from the rooms are of
the sweeping panorama of the gardens and the Bay of St Tropez beyond,
whilst others overlook the greens of the Beauvallon Golf Course just
behind the hotel.
Executive Chef Jean Michel Belin has created menus that reflect the
creative combination of the very finest ingredients and superb
execution. Mediterranean in flavour and yet influenced by the finest of
international cuisine, dining at Le Beauvallon is a gourmets' dream.
Whether you choose to dine "a deux" under the romantic night sky, or
enjoy dinner with family and friends, the staff will ensure that you
have a memorable meal serviced by discreet professionals in an unhurried
and relaxed style.
The central space of Le Beauvallon, Le Salon Sud is spacious and with
floor to ceiling French windows out to the terrace, it is here that the
morning papers or a good book is enjoyed during the day and where
friends meet for drinks in the evening, and not just because the barmen
are well known for their superlative Martinis and vast cocktail
repertoire! Three private spa studios each with a decked terrace onto a
Japanese inspired 'zen' garden offers a full range of beauty treatments
and massage therapies in complete privacy. You will reap the benefits of
treatments suited perfectly for your needs in an atmosphere of calming
serenity. Each studio has private steam and jet showers with a
complimentary rose oil salt scrub and a whirlpool bath for two where we
use an exclusively imported Japanese volcanic mineral soak for enhanced
