Cancellation / No show:

Easter Package: 360 per person
Per person, double occupancy, valid from April 1 to April 15, 2012,
service and tax included.
A tax of 0.70 is applied per person, per day and must be paid at the
start.
This offer is subject to hotel availability and can not be combined with
other offers.
Any additional nights will be charged at retail price.
Guarantee / Deposit:
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. A deposit
equivalent to 100% of stay will be levied at the time of booking.
- All extras are payable locally at the outset by the customer.
Cancellation / No show:
- In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded (minus 50
cancellation fee) if it reaches us at least 15 days prior to arrival.
- Otherwise, 30% of deposit will be retained as a penalty.
- In case of no-show or early departure, the entire stay will be
retained.

All reservations must
be guaranteed with a credit card, for individual reservations a 30 %
deposit is required at the time of confirmation.
A 15 days written notice of cancellation or modification is required for
full refund of the deposit (except 50 as a cancellation fee) otherwise
full deposit will be kept. Any amendments or cancellations within this
time will be charged accordingly.
From 48h prior to arrival, No show or anticipated departure = 100 % of the
stay is due |
