Booking and Cancellation
Terms & Conditions:
All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card. In the event of a
no-show, the room will be charged.
The stays offered must be paid in advance before the arrival of the
guests by cheque or credit card. Valid for up to 6 months, these
bookings are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
On day of arrival, rooms are made available from 4 pm, and should be
vacated by 12 noon on day of departure. Restaurant service:
- lunch is served from 12h30 with last orders taken at 2 pm
- dinner is served from 7.30 pm, with last orders taken at 9 pm.
Room bookings at weekends can be accepted on a half-board basis only.
Notice of cancellation must be given at least 96 hours before date of
arrival. After this 92 hours, 100 % of the stay will be charged.
Dogs are welcome at the hotel for a supplement of 10 €
The above terms and conditions also apply to Relais & Châteaux Lys
offers.
By way of guarantee, we are also happy to accept the original Lys
voucher. Please send the original document to us, (preferably by
registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt). |
