Hostellerie Le Phebus features remarkable setting and natural
attraction. It is a sun-drenched building, erected over remains dating
back to the Templars, situated between Gordes and Roussillon, in the
heart of the garrigue offering its guests the pleasures of a 10-acre
park and the charm of a setting decked out in the colors of Provence.
There are 16 Rooms and 9 Suites. Some of the Suites have large view of
the valley and feature its own private pool.
The Restaurant, awarded with 1 star Michelin, is a temple of gastronomy
run by Chef Xavier Mathieu, inspired by the perfect spot of the inn,
overlooking the Lubéron, where the Mediterranean determines the flavors
of the cuisine and the atmosphere. Mediterranean and creative cooking
lessons are suggested by the Chef for small groups in the hotel kitchen
in one afternoon ended with a gloomy dinner.
