enter the Hostellerie Les Frênes, a lovely Napoleon-style villa built in
1800, located in fragrant gardens with trees over two hundred years old.
The hotel consists of 20 elegant and spacious bedrooms decorated in the
warm colours of Provence with period family heirloom furniture and
luxurious adjoining bathrooms featuring exceptional facilites such as
private Jacuzzis. All rooms are equipped with modern comforts such as
air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD and wireless internet access. In the
shade of the trees bordering the garden, several Provencal residences
have been built, offering an ideal solution for families.
After training at Hiély Lucullus, La Maison Troisgros, La Côte Saint
Jacques and Restaurant Le Cirque in New York with Daniel Boulud and
Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, Antoine Biancone is now the master of
his own Restaurant: "Le Jardin des Frênes". From generation to
generation, the kitchen of Le Jardin des Frênes symbolises the spirit of
continuity and tradition of the establishment. Using only the finest and
freshest local ingredients, Le Jardin des Frênes offers a tantalizing
journey through the best of Provencal cuisine. The restaurant is
decorated in the traditional Provencal style with walnut woodworks, the
oak floor and provencal coloured beams. During summer, the dinner is
served on the outside terrace under the shades of the Plain trees.
