Schlosshotel Bühlerhöhe is situated in one of the most attractive parts
of Germany. Nestling in 18 hectares of parkland, the Schlosshotel is a
haven of relaxation on the Schwarzwaldhochstrasse (high mountain road
passing through the Black Forest) in the north of the Black Forest area.
At an altitude of 800 meters and just 15 kilometers away from
Baden-Baden, the Bühlerhöhe is the perfect starting point for excursions
into the neighboring area of Alsace and the city of Strasbourg,
Heidelberg and the surrounding Rebland, home to the famous wine
villages.
Interesting attractions can be found especially in Baden-Baden, where
the European nobility used to spend their summers. We would recommend
visiting the world-famous casino, the Roman-Irish baths and their modern
counterpart, the Caracalla baths or the theatre, an imitation of the
opera house in Paris, as well as the Festspielhaus (festival theatre).
The shopping arcade on Lichtentale Allee is a welcome place for a
stroll. Twice a year, Iffezheim becomes a mecca for horse racing fans
when meets are held in the spring and autumn.
