There is hardly a town in Germany that is more charming and traditional
than Rothenburg ob der Tauber. In the historic part of this enchanting
city you find the Hotel Restaurant Kloster-Stüble, your romantic home
for unforgettable moments. According to the chronicles the house was
built as early as 1534. Originally, during almost four centuries it
served as a farmhouse until it was turned into an inn.
This property is located in the "Heringsbronnengasse". The name is
derived from the medieval fountains in which the pickled herrings
brought from the coast and stored in barrels were desalted and washed.
For three generations now the Hotel Restaurant Kloster-Stüble has been
owned by the same family who want to welcome their guests with a very
personal hospitality.
