A brilliant black granite façade holds a unique four star hotel inside,
a creation inspired by the words of Friedrich Schiller, the renowned
German playwright, from where the hotel gets its name. Inaugurated
recently, the Hotel Schiller5 was created with the idea of offering a
place of spectacular grandeur and modesty at the same time,
characterized by a sober elegance. Its modern and simple design, blended
with some distinguished and greatly stylish details, closes the guest in
an ambience of extreme comfort and gives a very special character to the
hotel, worthy of admiration received from today's demanding travelers.
Strongly inspired in the words and thoughts of the renowned Schiller,
the decoration and design of the 55 rooms have been conceived hoping to
offer freedom of movement and spiritual expansion. The furniture and
decorative pieces are a subtle combination of solid wood, matt-finish
polished steel and granite, in harmony with the modern facilities that
are on show in the rooms. The fully-fitted American kitchen especially
stands out. The guests will feel at home.
This establishment is strategically located in the centre of Munich,
with excellent links to public transport. Guests can therefore enjoy and
discover the city as they like. Close to the central train station, the
legendary Hofbräuhaus beerhall and Teresa's Garden or Theresienwiese,
famous for being the setting for the popular Oktoberfest beer festival.
