Studio
The Studio Suites at the Eden Measures 40 - 45 sqm /430sqft. These rooms have a queen size bed or twin beds that if the guests wishes can be joined together to create a K-size bed. Elegant and spacious richly furnitured with light colours in theses rooms an entrance foyer leads to the sitting area composed of a sofà with tea table and arm chairs. The Suites at the Eden Measures 60 sqm /645sqft. Some have four-poster bed others a king size bed or twin beds. Lavishly decorated in soft tones all Suites are luxuriously furnished and have an entrance foyer that leads to the main bedroom or to the ample separated living room that offers sofà with tea table armchairs, DVD and stereo player. Presidential Suite
On the 2nd floor, with classic décor it is luxurious and spacious, the size of this suite is 80 sqm/860 sqft and features a private 50 sqm/540 sqft terrace with table and chairs and sun beds. It is compose of an entrance corridor, a main bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe, En-suite marble bathroom with separated shower and an half bathroom in the corridor, separate living room with sofa with tea table armchairs, DVD and stereo player. This room has a king size bed. Working desk with lamp, high speed internet connection is available in the main bedroom and living room. This room can accommodate maximum 2 people and can be adjoining to a Double Superior room and a Double Deluxe room. If reserved all the three rooms, they can be connected through a main door within the floor corridor.

Royal Suite
On the 5th floor with Panoramic Views, it is luxurious and spacious. The size of the suite is 90 sqm/970 sqft. It is lavishly decorated with delicate and bright colours and with balconies at each window. It is composed of an entrance area, a main bedroom with king size bed, En-suite marble bathroom and an half bathroom in the corridor, separate living room with sofa with tea table armchairs, DVD and stereo player. Also available a private dining room for max 6 people. Working desk with lamp, high speed internet connection is available in the main bedroom and living room. This room can accommodate maximum 3 people and can be connecting to a Double Deluxe room.

Penthouse Suite
On the 6th floor with spectacular view over Rome. The size of the suite without the connecting Double Deluxe room is 130 sqm. Modern & Contemporary style, blended with touches from 1930's and 40's. Walls in sitting room and study area in white boiserie and these two rooms have wooden floor; walls in the main bedroom and bathroom are decorated with ‘Venetian Plaster'. It is composed of a study area, a living room with dinning table for six people, a main bedroom with en-suite marble bathroom, plus a second fully equipped bathroom. It has two walk in wardrobes, and the main bedroom bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath tub and separated shower. The main feature of this suite is the wonderful view of the Rome, which can be enjoyed from the large windows which run all around - the windows make this room very bright with natural light.  Working desks with lamps, high speed internet connection are available in the main bedroom and living room. This room can accommodate maximum 3 people. Next door to the Suite is a double deluxe room, decorated with the same style, which can be taken in conjunction to create a two bedroom apartment.
