Deluxe Room:
The furnishings and accessories in the Deluxe Rooms have been
designed in order to integrate modern technology with the soft, elegant
ambience of a bygone era. The sumptuous damasks on the walls in shades
of red, green, or beige have been renewed along with the luxurious
carpets and curtains. Empire or Biedermeier style furniture, velvet
covered chairs and Bohemia chandeliers add to the opulence.
The result is an old-world atmosphere modernized by thermostatically
controlled heat and air conditioning, TV with international programs via
satellite, voltage 220V, mini-bar, and safe deposit box. The Italian
marble bathroom has a bath with incorporated shower and bidet. |

Imperial Suite:
Located on the first floor of the hotel, the Imperial Suite
overlooks the fashionable via Veneto. It boasts over 300 square meters
in pure Empire style, divided into a living room, a gazebo dining area,
a meeting room for 10 people with a connecting private study, two
splendid bedrooms and four magnificent bathrooms in Siena and Carrara
marble.
Exquisite décor and precious detail give life, shape and colour to an
unforgettable setting. A collection of unique pieces, chosen with care
from the most prestigious auction houses in Europe create an ambience of
intimate charm. These pieces include Louis XVI consoles, candelabra, a
huge 18th century French mirror, bouheur-du-jour in Neo Classical style,
appliqués of malachite and lapis lazuli.
The ceiling of the master bedroom has been painted with delicate
affresco, while the second bedroom has a large bed in Empire style. Four
spectacular bathrooms are decorated with the most precious marbles from
Siena and Carrara.
In 1990 the suite was completely redesigned and renovated with the best
French silk tapestries and soft carpets as originally designed. The
suite is also enriched by carefully selected antique paintings.
Additionally, guests of the Imperial Suite will enjoy impeccable service
and the full attention of all the hotel’s staff, a bar, hi-fi, fine bath
accessories, soundproof windows and, on request, a personal butler
available around the clock. Private receptions for 50 guests may be
hosted and dinner for 14 guests can be served in the dining room.
