Classic Room Park View
The Classic rooms overlook the hotel’s century-old park and flowered
gardens, the Piscina dei Fiori and the hill. They are located in a
tranquil setting, for enjoyment of nature’s peace and quiet. All feature
period furnishings and pastel colours: some are light blue, some warm
pink, others are decorated in gold. Each has its own special beauty and
a detail making it unique: some have a wide bow window, others a
terrace, while those on the ground floor have a small outdoor area with
big windows opening out on a private lawn. |

Superior Room Lake View
The Superior rooms overlook Lake Como. An incomparable view, from
Balbianello Point to Bellagio. All have a balcony and a breathtaking
panorama. All feature period furnishings and pastel colours: some are
light blue, some warm pink, others are decorated in gold. Each has its
own particular beauty and a detail making it unique. You often find this
when a hotel has a hundred years of charm and annual renovations. |

Deluxe Room Lake View
There are 8 Deluxe rooms, occupying the corners of the palace. They
are 8 authentic jewels offering guests the loveliest views of
spectacular Lake Como because they have double windows on two sides,
with a 180-degree view of the Azalea Riviera. All have a balcony and
stunning vista. Recently renovated with great refinement, all feature
period furnishings and pastel colours: some are light blue, some warm
pink, others are decorated in gold. All have bathrooms in green San
Nicolaus marble with red Alicante or ochre Spring Yellow marble trim,
equipped with shower and a hydromassage tub. Here, too, the view is
enchanting thanks to picture windows: a further privilege. |

Family Suite
Big, quiet, virtually an oasis apart: the Family Suites are perfect
for sojourns with children or relatives. They consist of two apartments
having independent entrances, with two bedrooms each and a double
bathroom with tub and shower. The Family Suites are on the upper
floor of Villa Emilia (an 18th century residence once owned by Emilia
Sommariva, the former proprietor of Villa Carlotta) adjacent and
directly connected to the hotel, whose ground floor hosts the T Kids
recreation area and TV room. There are two family suites. The Classic,
decorated in green and gold, is located at the rear of the villa in a
very secluded spot. The Emilia, decorated in red and gold, overlooks the
lake and includes the master bedroom of the Contessa Emilia from which
it takes its name, with a lovely marble fireplace and the contemporary
comfort of a hydromassage tub. |

Suite Carlotta
A tribute to Villa Carlotta, rising in all its century-old beauty
just a few meters further on, is the Carlotta suite, located on the
second floor in the heart of the palace in a position overlooking the
lake. A spacious, wood-panelled foyer leads to the drawing room,
discreetly separated from the bedroom by a wall with two inviting
archways. Two balconies enable you to enjoy the lake’s beauty at all
times of day and offer a marvellous view of Bellagio Point on the other
side.The marble bathroom, with shower and hydromassage tub, is ideal for
enjoying the lakeside view while soaking in millions of bubbles. If
guests wish, another Superior bedroom can be added to the suite. |

Suite Greta
In honour of Greta Garbo, one of the first Hollywood stars to visit
and become enamoured of Lake Como and Tremezzo, the Suite Greta is
located on the first floor in the heart of the palace in a position
overlooking the lake. A spacious, wood-panelled foyer leads to the
drawing room, discreetly separated from the bedroom by a wall with two
inviting archways.Its extraordinary private terrace lets you enjoy the
lake’s beauty every moment of the day, sunbathing or having breakfast
while enjoying the marvellous view of Bellagio Point opposite. A
fairy-tale atmosphere, to make a vacation on Lake Como a time you will
never forget. The marble bathroom, with shower and hydromassage tub, is
ideal for enjoying the lakeside view while soaking in millions of
bubbles. If guests wish, another bedroom can be added to the suite. |

Cancellation Policy
No fee will be charged for cancellation received up to 5 days prior
to arrival. For cancellation received 4 days prior to arrival and in
case of noshow,
50% penalty of the booking amount will be charged.
Cancellation Policy for Junior Suite and Suite. No forfeiture for
cancellation received up to 30 days prior to arrival. Within this
deadline we require a not refundable deposit of the 1st night for stays
from 1 to 3 nights, or 30 % of the entire booking for longer stays. |
