Cancellation policy
Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the check in date are
subject to the first night's cost of stay penalty plus one night penalty
for every 3 more nights reserved (for cancellation and change purposes,
the check-in date is considered to be 2 pm of the day on which you are
scheduled to arrive)
Cancellations must be sent by fax or e-mail referring to the reservation
number.
