The average room is 30 to 35 square meters. 1 baby cot is allowed.

Located in the Villino and overlooking the Arno river the new Arno Suite consists of 860 sqft/80sqm and features 1 bedroom with king canopy bed, 1 marble bathroom, a large living space with terracotta floor and a working fireplace. 270sqm private garden over the Arno river with view of the Tuscan hills, with gazebo, jacuzzi and outdoor dining set for 6 people.

The 2-bedroom Arno Presidential Suite:
The new 2-bedroom Presidential Arno Suite consists of 1400 square feet/130 square meters and features 2 bedrooms (one with king size bed and the other with 2 twins, located in the Villino, with 2 marble bathrooms, a large living space with terracotta floor and a working fireplace, a 2900 squarefeet/270 square meters private garden over the Arno river with view of the Tuscan hills, with gazebo, jacuzzi and outdoor dining set for 6 people.

The suite is decorated in the Renaissance style with antique furniture, marble bathroom, Villa La Massa beauty products, satellite LCD TV, wi-fi and air conditioning.

It can accommodate up to 4 people (1 extrabed and 1 babycot allowed).

Children policy
Children up to 7 years old sharing parents’ room are free of charge.

Cancellation policy:
March, April, May, August, September, October and November: no penalty if cancellation is received up to 4 days prior to arrival.
June and July: no penalty if cancellation is received up to 8 days prior to arrival.
In case of late cancellation or shortening of stay the following penalties will be applied:
- for one-night stays, the total cost of the room
- for stays over 1 night, the 50% of the nights reserved
Same policy in case of no-show.
In case of early departure the 50% of the cancelled nights will be charged.
