Located in the heart of Venice, Hotel Saturnia & International was converted from a 14th-century palace. It was established in 1908 and has been in the same family ever since. Near La Fenice theatre, which was renovated after the devastating fire of 1996 and inaugurated in December 2003; the Via XXII Marzo, one of the main commercial streets, with such well-known brands as Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Bulgari, Ferragamo, among others; and finally, the famous Rialto bridge, with its impressive open air market and its innumerable shops. On the top of the Hotel a splendid solarium roof terrace with a breathtaking view of the Venice rooftops, La Fenice theatre and the Basilica della Salute.
