El Esparragal farmhouse is a historical building which dates back to the
year 1615, when it was a convent of the Jerome Order. In 1992 the
building was reformed maintaining its original architecture but not
renouncing to the comforts of a modern hotel.
All the rooms and common spaces are carefully decorated with antiques
gathered along the history of the building. The coolness of the patios
and the swimming pool garden drive to relaxation.
El Esparragal has a restaurant à la carte available. The main cook,
Victor Clemente, has carefully elaborated a menu including regional
cooking dishes mainly elaborated from ingredients produced in the
estate, such as beef, dairy products or game meet. The air-conditioned
wine cellar contains a rich selection of wines and spirits. In addition
to the restaurant à la carte the hotel has private dining rooms of
diverse capacities for business lunches or dinners.
