Hotel La Residencia is set in 30 acres of olive and citrus groves on a hilltop in Deià on the north western coast of the island where the poet Robert Graves lived and wrote his best works. The hotel was created from two private 16th and 17th century manor houses – Son Moragues and Son Canals.

The Accommodations at Hotel La Residencia includes 36 individual and double rooms offering all the comforts with antique Mallorquin furniture. Some are furnished with beautiful four poster beds. The 17 Junior Suites are furnished in antique Mallorquin furniture with each of their own characteristics. Some have private balconies, terraces, living rooms and four poster beds. 2 Superior suites, one of them with 360 degree view from the top terrace and sitting room. 8 Tramuntana Suites with fantastic views over the village of Deià and towards the sea (4 of them with plunge pool) and 4 Luxury suites: 3 of them offer the luxury of a private swimming pool and one luxury suite with a plunge pool.

Hotel La Residencia offers El Olivo Restaurant, crowning jewel of La Residencia and perhaps one of the finest restaurants in all of Spain, takes the art of dining to yet another level: the seduction of the palate. El Olivo is a refurbished 16th century olive press, the most romantic setting in Mallorca, offering a star-studded menu and equally impressive wine list, a must for all epicures. The Son Moragues Terrace, a restaurant with a more casual atmosphere but with a no less delicious cuisine. It is worth trying the chef's suggestions of Mediterranean local dishes which share menu with more international ones. On hot summer days the pool restaurant offers a cool relaxing ambience under the shady pergola. Its crispy salads, cold soups and fresh Mediterranean fish are what is needed when the sun is high.

The Villa of La Residencia is located 3 minutes walking distance from La Residencia, overlooking the village of Deià and with fantastic views to the Mediterranean. Facilities include 3 double bedrooms and 1 single room, living room with open fireplace, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, barbecue, heated swimming pool, TV/Video and DVD, stereo, WI-FI and daily maid service 2 hours per day. Welcome package upon arrival. Guests may also use La Residencia´s shuttle to enjoy Cala Deià, the pebble cove at 10 minutes from La Residencia (only available during summer).
