Superior Double Room
Superior Double Rooms are larger double rooms with a seating area within
the room. Superior Rooms are furnished with antique Mallorquin furniture
and Queen sized bed (most of which are four posted beds). Some of these
rooms have little romantic corners and all have pretty views. |

Junior Suite
In keeping
with the architecture of the old manor house, each of our Junior Suite
has their own individual characteristics. Our Junior Suites measure
approximately 45 square meters and are furnished with antique Mallorquin
furniture. Some have a private balcony, a little private garden or a
terrace. All of the rooms and suites have a living room and four poster
bed. Buffet breakfast included. |

Luxury Suites
Located in the Son Fony building, this suite offers a lounge area with
plasma screen TV, DVD, video, free Wi-Fi access, mp3 player and wet bar.
The comfortable bedroom has an adjoining bathroom, separate WC and
shower areas. Leading off from the lounge is a terrace with private
swimming pool and outdoor dining. An ideal suite for privacy and
relaxation. |

Minimum Stay
3 nights minimum stay over Christmas.
4 nights minimum stay over New Year.
Children Policy
Children under 10 years only accepted between 1st July and 15th
August, 20th and 31st October, Christmas & New Year.
Deposit
25% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card as a
deposit for bookings 1 month or less from the arrival date.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy for High Season: 100% of deposit returned with over
15 days notice (before 6pm local time). No refund of deposit with less
than 15 days notice. In case of curtailment of the stay booked, we will
charge full amount of the remaining nights. High Season: 1st April and
31st of October, Xmas and New Year (22nd Dec to 1st Jan).
Cancellation policy for Low Season: 100% of deposit returned with over
48 hours notice (before 6pm local time). No refund of deposit with less
than 48 hours notice. In case of curtailment of the stay booked, we will
charge full amount of the remaining nights. Low Season: 1st November and
31st March (Excl. Xmas and New Year, 22nd Dec to 1st Jan)
