The Ad Hoc Monumental Hotel is located in a magnificent building next to
the Cathedral, close to the Palacio del Temple beside the ancient Turia
riverbed, in the historical Xerea quarter.
After a careful rehabilitation, preserving the existing construction, it
has become a place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean gastronomy
peacefully and calm.
The Ad Hoc Monumental Hotel holds a middle class building constructed
towards the end of the 19Th century (1881), it has 28 double and single
rooms which are sober and tastefully decorated with exquisite fabrics,
beside tables, lamps with lampshades and old style furniture.
The esthetic and functional harmony is given by the old tidy exposed
brickwork, stone walls and Noya hydraulic mosaics replaced in such a way
that they suggest carpets, wooden vault ceilings with some original
recovered paintings, etc.
On the other hand, the functional harmony is given by a rational
distribution of the spacious atmospheric interior, high ceilings provide
a very desirable space in a hotel room. At the same time, the sober
furniture, elegant and intemporal designed complete the recovering of a
harmonious welcoming and relaxed but personal atmosphere.
