Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, no-shows, late departure
or pre-departure of definite bookings, the hotel
charge you following cancellation fees:
1.1. Bookings of max. two rooms for less than 3
nights
- During the summer season, you may cancel your
room two days prior arrival till 2pm without any
charge.
Cancellations after the time limit will be
charged to 100% of the room rate.
1.2. For Bookings of more than 3 rooms we have
following conditions:
- from 30 days to 20 days prior arrival; 20% of
the room volume
- from 19 days to 14 days prior arrival; 40% of
the room volume
- from 13 days to 2 days prior arrival; 70% of
the room volume
- till 48 hours prior arrival; 100% of the room
volume
1.3. For Bookings of 4 nights or more, we have
following conditions:
- from 30 days to 20 days prior arrival; 20% of
the room volume
- from 19 days to 14 days prior arrival; 40% of
the room volume
- from 13 days to 2 days prior arrival; 70% of
the room volume
- till 48 hours prior arrival; 100% of the room
