of 20m2, provide guests with an exclusive living quality. The

All prices Include Use of the swimming-pool, exercise pool, whirlpool,
sauna, steam bath, fitness facilities, Finnish jogging track, putting
green and the private beach is free of charge.
Transfer from and to Locarno railway station and the bus service to
Ascona (according to timetable) is also free.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome but are not admitted to any of the hotel`s
public facilities or grounds, CHF 35.-- per day.
Cancellation costs: in accordance with regulations of the Swiss Hotelier
Association, Bern.
